Shadow Student Athletes (SSADS) is a dedicated non-profit organization focused on empowering student-athletes to channel their competitive spirit beyond the playing field and into the classroom. Recognizing that the discipline, resilience, and determination honed through sports can be powerful tools for academic success, SSADS strives to create programs and initiatives that help student-athletes seamlessly transition their drive for excellence into educational achievements.

DeVon Madden, is an accomplished and resourceful community-centric leader in marginalized communities in south/west Pittsburgh; a transformation professional and leader who perpetuates an exceptional understanding of modeling for the youth and strategy building for best practices for community leaders when assisting youth outcomes. His proficiency stems in him having a pulse on the culture in the community and that enables him to be highly successful.
